330 years from a rifle factory to the forests of the world
1959
First chainsaw launched. The benchmark for pro forestry ever since
Husqvarna began in 1689 as a rifle factory on the Huskvarna river in Sweden. Sewing machines, bicycles and motorcycles followed, and in 1959 the first chainsaw. Low vibration and outstanding ergonomics made it the standard on forestry sites worldwide.
In Korea, KYUNGJIN IRE has supplied Husqvarna as official distributor since 1984, a partnership that has been there since the very start of forestry mechanisation in the country.

- KYUNGJIN IRE Co., Ltd. We have been the official partner since 1984, selling through official dealers and the official store husqvarna.co.kr, with service at our Cheonan centre.
- Q. How much do Husqvarna chainsaws cost?
- Consumer models run about 380,000–1,010,000 won and professional models 1,430,000–2,940,000 won (official store, August 2026). Check husqvarna.co.kr for current prices.
- Q. What is the difference between XP professional and consumer saws?
- XP saws are lighter for their power, with anti-vibration and heavy-duty parts for daily professional use. For occasional firewood and garden work a consumer model is enough.
- Q. Can a Husqvarna product I am using be repaired?
- Yes. KYUNGJIN IRE considers after-sales product care important. We check the model and parts availability, support repairs where possible, and suggest available alternatives when repair is difficult.
- Q. Do you service grey imports?
- They are not covered by the Korean warranty. Only purchases from official dealers and the official store carry the genuine warranty and service.
