Brand story
The brand that changed gardening with a single click
1968
Original GARDENA System launched. The click connector is born
Gardena was founded in Ulm, Germany in 1961 by two founders distributing garden tools. In 1968 it launched the Original GARDENA System, connecting hose and nozzle with one click, and changed the way gardens are watered. That connector remains the standard in gardens around the world.
The combisystem with one interchangeable handle for many tools, the Micro-Drip system that waters drop by drop, and the smart system that manages the garden from an app followed, all with one goal: to make garden work easier and more enjoyable.
Part of the Husqvarna Group since 2007, Gardena is Europe’s No. 1 garden products brand. KYUNGJIN IRE supplies it as official Korean distributor to garden centres, landscapers and home-improvement stores.
